Fall fashion is back. And we all know what that means. Boots! Oh rather, booties. Boots are sexy all by themselves. But sex sells and the sexier and edgier you can get, the more you'll sell. Take the booties above for example. Completely impractical.
This type of footwear is what I like to call "off season". You can't get away with them in the summer, because they're too heavy. You also can't get away with them in the winter because of the reasons I just listed above. But, you can get away with them on one of those cool late summer/early fall nights where the weather is perfect and you are going to dinner or dancing. Strike the dancing, once again, your toes are not protected from the lead feet trudging , ahem, I mean dancing, out there.
No matter how you view peep toed booties, they are a show stopper. Made in lace, leather, and even occasionally suede, they still scream sultry. And I for one, cannot stop thinking about them.
